The Jack O'Lantern accommodations are modern, spacious, and comfortable! All are situated within strolling distance of the main activities, the Grille and Bar, the Cabana Club and the Pro Shop. Every unit is air-conditioned, has a private bath, telephones, and color cable television. Parking is provided adjacent to each unit.

Vacation Homes
Our Vacation Homes are luxury accommodations. Many are located along the golf course, while others afford a more private vacation experience.

Master Rooms
(Lockout Units) have a king or two double beds, bath, sundeck, and a separate front entrance.
Suites
have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the loft with 2 or 3 single beds, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, automatic ice maker, bath (most suites also have either a 1/2 or full bath on upper level), screened porch, and washer & dryer.
Full Homes
consist of the Master Room and Suite together (maximum of 6 persons)

Weekend Packages

*Rates are based on the comfortable capacity of the accommodations. Master Rooms are based upon double-occupancy. Suites and Full Homes are based upon *four and **six adults, respectively. For other occupancy, see additional stay and play information.

Weekend : Full Breakfast Buffet served 7:00 to 9:00am

Midweek : Continental Breakfast served 7:30 to 9:00am

Stay and Play Packages

Dinner is NOT included with the Stay and Play Package, but may be added to your package for $21 per person per night (tax and tip not included). Subject to availability. Reservations required.

Golf packages include one day of unlimited golf with each night's stay. (One tee time is assured, additional play on a space available basis)
Golf cars are not included in the rate.
For non-golfers, deduct $27 per day.
Extra day of golf available at discounted rate.
Prior to May 1, tee-times may be requested when making reservations, after May 1, please call the Pro Shop at (603) 745-3636.
Tax and Gratuity not included.

Children

Children twelve and under stay free in the same accommodation as their parents.
Meal plan for children 12 & under: Continental Breakfast ~ $3.50, Weekend Full Breakfast Buffet ~ $5.50, Weekend Dinner Buffet ~ $9.50.
Junior Golf Rate: (ages 8 - 12 only) $15 for an 18 hole round with adult playing supervision. Sunday ~ Thursday (non-holiday) after 1pm.
Aside from the junior golf rate, there is no discount for a child golfer. Please refer to Stay and Play rates.

All Rates are per person, per night, and based on the comfortable capacity of the accomodation. Master Room based on double occupancy. Suite and Full Home are based on *four and **six persons respectively.
- * For two persons in a Suite add $37 to the per person nightly rate.
- * For three persons in a Suite add $12 to the per person nightly rate.
- ** For Four persons in a Full Home add $18 to the per person nightly rate.
- ** For five persons in a Full Home add $7 to the per person nightly rate.
For single-occupancy in a master room, add $45 to the per person nightly rate.
Weekends require a two night minimum stay, except holidays (May 30, July 4, September 5, October 10).
Specific Room Requests: Advance reservations for a specific unit cannot be assured for stays of less than 5 nights.

Policies and Information

The Jack O'Lantern is a soft spikes facility.
One day of unlimited golf is included for each night's stay.
One guaranteed tee-time per day, same day additional play on space available basis.
Golf cars are not included in rates.
Prior to May 1, tee-times may be requested when making reservations,
after May 1, please call the Pro Shop directly at 745-3636, or toll-free
at 877-321-3636.
Guest Golf Course Greens Fees: 18-holes Mon. ~ Thurs: $42,
Fri. ~ Sun. & Holidays: $45, Golf Car: 18-holes - $28 Golf cars are mandatory on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays until 4 PM.
Single Occupancy rates upon request
To All Rates - Please add 8% state tax
Security Deposit: For a vacation home, a credit card is required.
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the last nights stay is required for
all reservations. The deposit will be charged at the time of your
reservation. The advance deposit guarantees the accomodation/package
will be reserved for the entire time requested and assures the
accomodation/package is sold as confirmed. Deposit will be forfeited if
you arrive after specified arrival date or depart prior to final date of
reservation.
Cancellation Policy: For deposit refund, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (less $25 service charge).
Dress Code: We want our guests to be comfortable but require
appropriate attire on the golf couse and in the Grille. Collarless shirts,
tank tops, cut-offs, short shorts and hats are permitted in the pool area only.
Pets: are not permitted.
Credit Cards: MC / VISA / Discover / AMEX accepted.
Gratuities: are not included in package rates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In -- After 3:00 PM; Check-Out -- By 11:00 am.
Gift Certificates are available.
Rate changes not permitted after arrival.
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday;
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
