Jack O'Lantern operates one of the most successful rental programs in New England. Owners may take advantage of the Resort's reputation and marketing strength to receive rental income from guests of the resort who have been attracted to these units in ever increasing numbers for the past several years. Here are some of the features:
Each townhome is designed and constructed with an eye toward both the comfort of each guest and ease of maintenance. Decorated with tasteful appointments, the home is complete with sturdy and comfortable furnishings.
Each Vacation home is designed with the master room able to be entered and locked separately from the rest of the home. This makes the homes perfectly suited for rental to parties of two people in the master room, four people in the suite, or six people in the entire vacation home, according to the owner's needs.
They can be a good source of income for each owner.
Our experienced property management team carefully supervises the rental program, strictly adhering to the rules of the resort and ensuring that the homes are left in good condition after each and every renter departs. Our policy of requiring a security deposit has been very effective.
Many owners (and their friends) use their units in the wintertime. Others choose to enlist one of the local real estate agents to find a renter for the winter season.
