Resort Policies & Information

• The Jack O'Lantern Resort is a soft spikes facility.
• One day of unlimited golf green fee is included for each night on the Stay and Play Packages.
• One guaranteed tee-time per day, same day additional play on space available basis.
• Golf cars are not included in rates.
• Prior to May 1, tee-times may be requested when making reservations, after May 1,
  please call the Pro Shop directly at 745-3636, or toll-free at 1-800-227-4454.
  
  
• Guest Golf Course Greens Fees: 18-holes Mon.- Thurs: $45, Fri. - Sun. & Holidays: $48, Golf Car: 18-holes - $36 Golf cars are mandatory on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays until 4 PM.
• Single Occupancy rates upon request.
• To All Rates: Please add 8% state tax.
• Security Deposit: For a vacation home, a credit card is required.
• Deposit Policy: A deposit of $150 for Master Rooms, and $250 for Suites and Full Homes are required. The advance deposit guarantees the accommodation/package will be reserved for the entire time requested and assures the accommodation/package is sold as confirmed. Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after specified arrival date or depart prior to final date of reservation.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in.
  The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days provided the unit is not damaged.
• Cancellation Policy: For deposit refund, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to
  scheduled arrival, and we will gladly apply your deposit towards a future stay within the same calendar year.
• Dress Code: We want our guests to be comfortable but require appropriate golf attire on the
  golf course and in the Grille. Collarless shirts, tank tops, cut-offs, short shorts, and hats are
  permitted in the pool area only.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Credit Cards: MC, VISA, Discover, and AMEX are accepted.
• Gratuities are not included in golf package rates.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In - After 3:00 pm; Check-Out - By 11:00 am.
• Gift Certificates are available.
• Rate changes not permitted after arrival.
• Summer Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday
  through Thursday.
• Winter Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday and Friday.
